What happens after I start my intake?
The team uses your information to help match you with a therapist. An initial interview assesses fit and helps plan care. Completing intake does not confirm an appointment.
Can I meet with someone online?
Yes, the center offers telehealth as well as in-person care in Midtown Manhattan. Share your preference when you begin intake.
How long is a therapy session?
Sessions are usually 45 minutes. Your therapist will discuss a schedule with you; consistent weekly appointments are typical.
Can I see a psychiatrist?
After initial appointments for assessment and care planning, your therapist can request scheduling with the psychiatry team when appropriate.
